Well well well,
It's been 15 days since my last post and sadly I don't have much to tell you!
These past two weeks, I've realised that I can't control what I eat : /
I walk into the kitchen looking for a 'snack', see a banana, ignore it and walk straight to the freezer and put in a WHOLE Pizza!
There's no way that can be considered healthy!
However, on a more positive note, I weighed myself again and my percentage of body fat has gone down meaning I must be doing something right!
I'll soon be taking up swimming as well which I've heard is great for toning up so I'll let you all know how that goes :)
Oooh I found a cure for my cravings after the gym!
Although it may seem obvious, eating an hour before you go the gym really does help!
And if you still have cravings, my advice would be a packet of snack-a-jacks which are quite low in fat as well as calories so you won't be undoing all your hard work!
So now I'm off to attempt to do some work and possibly go the gym later depending how I'm feeling!
