Two weeks on...Ooops!

Well well well,
It's been 15 days since my last post and sadly I don't have much to tell you!
These past two weeks, I've realised that I can't control what I eat : /
I walk into the kitchen looking for a 'snack', see a banana, ignore it and walk straight to the freezer and put in a WHOLE Pizza!
There's no way that can be considered healthy!
However, on a more positive note, I weighed myself again and my percentage of body fat has gone down meaning I must be doing something right!
I'll soon be taking up swimming as well which I've heard is great for toning up so I'll let you all know how that goes :)
Oooh I found a cure for my cravings after the gym!
Although it may seem obvious, eating an hour before you go the gym really does help!
And if you still have cravings, my advice would be a packet of snack-a-jacks which are quite low in fat as well as calories so you won't be undoing all your hard work!
So now I'm off to attempt to do some work and possibly go the gym later depending how I'm feeling!

De trois jours

 



Okay so in addition to the weight printout above, my extra stats are:
-Wear size 8 in clothes
- Bra size 34E/F

PS. Don't be fooled, having big boobs is not always a good thing. 
A lot more money has to be spent on gym attire to make sure that those babies are getting all the support they need!
Okay so I was very shocked to see that this is what my body actually looks like!
I know some of you might be thinking Why on earth is she going to the gym?!
But as you can see, my fat index is not very impressive so my main aim is to change that as well as get a firmer bum :)
Also, Fat kindly pointed out that I had the legs of a cyclist due to the dance that I do : (
Not that there's anything wrong with cyclists, it's just not the look I'm going for!

After three hard days at the gym, I'm noticing a pattern.
When i start to  get tired, I begin to feel pain behind my eyes which I find rather unusual.
Also I have a slight weakness in that as soon as I get home, I'll eat anything I can find, thus undoing all my hard work! Seriously need to sort that problem out lol.
Well other than that, so far so good, I'm feeling the pain so I must be doing something right...
Right?
As long as I don't end up with legs as muscly as the picture below, I'll be happy :)
As much as I love Ciara, that is not attractive!

fats things first!










So yeah, my first individual post basically stating what my aims are in this journey. I am officially beginning my weight loss journey on 07/01/2011 and using this week as an introductory week (lol jokes I was finishing my candy from my holiday in America) but on a real I really want to be serious this time considering I'm paying for it (gym membership). So this has to be worth my while. 


I'm going to spend this week planning my workout and eating plan. Note that I call it an eating plan and not a diet because this isn't about dieting (more like I can't stick to one). It's about living a healthier lifestyle and whatever I do now I have to be able to keep it that way forever. I've decided to post my goals publicly so they can stare me in the face. They are as follows:


-Smaller waist
-Lifted, defined butt (sits high and not behind my thighs lol)
-Flat stomach
-Burn body fat
-Toned arms and thighs


This might seem unattainable but hey, ANYTHING is possible it's just a matter of how hard you are willing to work and how far you are willing to push yourself.

Because I believe in embracing your God given curves and heck, if she can look like that so can I. My aim isn't to be thin I want a healthy coke bottle figure and I'M NOT going to stop till I get it.
